Melia Wines of Port­land is a per­sonal pur­veyor of excep­tional wines at equally excep­tional prices.  Melia’s story begins with Melissa Moholt-Siebert and her con­nec­tion to wines made in Sonoma County, California.

Draw­ing on a strong back­ground of sev­eral gen­er­a­tions of farm­ing land and grow­ing grapes in the fab­u­lous wine coun­try of California’s Sonoma County, and per­sonal con­nec­tions with grape-growers and wine­mak­ers, Melissa began by assem­bling a col­lec­tion of both vari­etal and table wines made in Sonoma County.

One spe­cialty of Melia Wines is wine that can be per­son­al­ized with pri­vate labels for use at non-profit or school par­ties or auc­tions, as gifts for friends or pro­fes­sional clients, or to add a per­sonal touch to wed­dings, anniver­saries and other spe­cial events.

Melissa has also formed strong per­sonal con­nec­tions with sev­eral other winer­ies in Wash­ing­ton, Ore­gon, and north­ern Cal­i­for­nia, with an empha­sis on sup­port­ing small, family-owned winer­ies and vine­yards that use sus­tain­able prac­tices.  Pro­vid­ing a firm con­nec­tion between those who grow the grapes, those who make the wine, and those who then enjoy drink­ing the wine is a foun­da­tion of Mela Wines’ business.
