An ele­gant com­pan­ion, Lyset’s Sauvi­gnon Blanc cou­ples lus­cious fla­vors and flo­ral notes with bright, crisp acid­ity.  The crisp acid­ity makes it light on the tongue, while sub­tle flo­ral notes give it a rich, round mouth feel.

Lyset means light – or can­dle – in Nor­we­gian.  The Lyset brand pays trib­ute to the Nor­we­gian her­itage of Ancient Oak Cel­lars’ owner.
